✅ Ingredients:
Ripe bananas 🍌
Pure cocoa powder 🍫
Natural peanut butter 🥜

👉 Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mash 3-4 ripe bananas in a bowl.
Add 1/3 cup + 4 tsp of pure cocoa powder and 1/2 cup natural peanut butter. Mix until smooth!
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for about 55 minutes.

At one time, Annaberg was the largest plantation on the island and is well worth a visit for anyone interested in the history and culture and ruins of an 18th-century sugar planation, including a windmill tower & factory, with ocean views.
