Azores🇵🇹one of the unique Portuguese islands. We suggest a tour of the Sete Cidades and Lagoa do Fogo.

On the west side, Ponta Delgada - a delight to explore the narrow cobbled streets and the Sete Cidades - an extinct volcano crater surrounded by two magnificent lakes, which are the green and blue lakes.

On the north - the agricultural town of Ribeira Grande - potatoes, to***co, sugar beet, passion fruit and tea (did you know is is the only place in Europe where it is grown?!). Here is also the famous pineapple plantation, where the pineapples are grown in hot houses that create a perfect environment.

The macaron is an old, and very popular, French snack, but its origins lie elsewhere. The ancestor of the macaron is an almond cookie that was first made in Italy.

You will go from creating the batter to piping and assembling these unique cookies. The workshop uses the classic Italian Meringue which uses a cooked sugar technique.
