Truly the transportation is amazing! Knowing there is a way to get around without strapping kids into a car seat 👌🏻 perfection.
Each resort has bus transportation but some also have the Skyliner, Monorail or Ferry!

It happens. Rides go down.
BUT you won’t lose your lightning lane! It will turn to an all day experience for that ride, so you can ride later whenever fits your schedule!
Also - sometimes when a ride goes down and you are in line, they’ll scan your magicband and what they are doing is giving you one of these lightning lanes to “make-up” for the time lost while waiting for the ride. This doesn’t always happen but worth sticking around for if it does!

Kids under 3 are free at Disney, so no need for a ticket or MagicBand but once they’re 3 they get to scan in like the rest of us 🥰

Only being allowed 90 seconds I couldn’t fit this in but seems there’s lots of misunderstandings and questions! I’m here to help!
✨ STANDBY - traditional way of waiting in line, you can check wait times on your app.
✨ VIRTUAL QUEUE - you sign up for a boarding group and wait your turn to be called. Once you’re boarding group is called, you get in the line for the ride! Virtual Queues open up at 7AM and 1PM. If there are extended evening hours or an event, it will also open at 6PM.
✨ GENIE+ LIGHTNING LANE - when you purchase Genie+ on the app for the day this gives you the ability to book lightning lanes. Lightning lanes are a separate line from the standby line. You will be given an hour timeslot to return and get in the lightning lane. You do not get to choose your return time, it is given to you based on what the current return times are when you sign up for it. You can modify lightning lane selections, but you will be given the current lightning lane return time selection. With lightning lanes you can get them every two hours or when you scan into your last ride that you signed up for if it hasn’t been two hours.
✨ INDIVIDUAL LIGHTNING LANE - this is a lightning lane that you purchase, you do not need Genie+ in order to get one of these. You will be able to choose your return time based on availability. And it is for one ride that day.

Not having to make park reservations is your friend here!! 🤩
If you are wanting to ride Tiana’s this summer or early fall: Try for either virtual cute or lightning lane every single day. If you have multiple people in your party, you can each try to do it!
If you have the park hopper ticket, go for the genie plus option and then you have Genie+ for that day as well!
If you are an annual passholder or any other ticket that has to have Park reservations, make a park reservation for Magic Kingdom every single day and hopes that you get it! You can always change your park reservation but if needed, you can check into Magic Kingdom and then another park!
This one is TRICKY and different than any other new ride we have had!
As your travel agent, you will receive a guide on Disney+ and Virtual Queue. I want to make sure you understand how to make the most of your time and that includes getting these rides if it’s important to you!! And I’m always here to answer your questions and give you a STRATEGY for making the most of YOUR time! I’m here to help! 🥰
