Tropical storm 10L/Hurricane Adilda is starting to surface here in Quintana Roo. Winds picking up in the past hour. Predicted 65-85km/h.
Seas will average 12 feet! Happy we hooked up to floating docks! I predict we will gain some hight being in our boat.
Hoping Florida is getting ready and everyone will be safe.
Now we wait it out. 🌀⛈✌️

Con base en la información emitida por el Centro Nacional de Huracanes de Miami, Florida, Estados Unidos, y difundida por el Servicio Meteorológico Nacional sobre el seguimiento y vigilancia para el océano Atlántico, mar Caribe y Golfo de México;

El centro de la Tormenta Tropical “Idalia” su centro se localiza a 135 km al este-sureste de Cozumel, Quinta Roo y a 175 km al este de Tulum, Quintana Roo. Presenta vientos máximos sostenidos de 65 km/h y rachas de 85 km/h y se desplaza hacia el norte a 4 km/h.

Podría ocasionar lluvias puntuales torrenciales en Quintana Roo y lluvias intensas en Campeche y Yucatán, así como vientos con rachas de 70 a 90 km/h, oleaje de 2 a 4 metros de altura y posibles trombas marinas en las costas de Yucatán y Quintana Roo. Las lluvias mencionadas pueden causar encharcamientos o inundaciones en los Estados mencionados. Se establece zona de prevención por efectos de tormenta tropical desde Río Lagartos, Yuc., hasta Tulum, Quintana Roo, incluido Cozumel Quintana Roo.

Manténgase informado por medios oficiales. No haga caso a rumores.

Se mantiene en vigilancia.
