Flat Rate boxes come with tracking and $50 insurance, you will receive tracking via the email address you send me. It is also 2 day shipping. This is the ONLY way I ship now. If item is damaged please make your claim with the post office before you contact me. I will slowly work on remarking all pics to abide to this policy. You do not need a pay pal account to pay your bill! Only an email address and a credit/debit card. I will not start to process an order or order supplies until payment is RECIEVED. However in certain circumstances I can work with you on a payment plan or a way to pay. heart emoticon Please understand I work alone, I do not have an assistant nor any help to make the jewelry, handle shipping, receive materials or orders, take the pictures, handle payments etc. I do everything by myself. It can take a few weeks to get an order sometimes. I wish I had more than one of me to get your orders out faster but I don't. I do go in order when it comes to custom orders and will provide you with a rough estimate on your order. If you order something from the For Sale album, these items are already made and will normally ship the next business day. heart emoticon With these new guidelines, I will be editing some of the pictures and albums ASAP. Please give me a few days to update everything. I will post again when it is all updated and edit this post as well. heart emoticon I make costume jewelry pretty much, this is not high end jewelry but it is quality jewelry. Don't expect something that looks like its from Tiffany's or Zales in the mail. What I do is in the pictures. And I will always send you picture updates via FB Messenger on my progress of your order. I will also wait for a reply if it is an important question/picture that I need you to view. If you do not like what you see SAY SOMETHING otherwise I will keep going and you will still be liable for the payment. HOWEVER with all this said if you do need something special let me know i.e. you are allergic to certain metals etc. I can get sterling silver, gold or platinum plated and gold materials but it will cost you. You may also choose to order just the charm or pendant etc that I make and use your own chains. heart emoticon Prices are as they are marked. The only way to get a discount is with a coupon code which you normally receive from a previous order or giveaway/special post form this page. I will not haggle with someone on the prices set. However (see above) I am willing to work on a payment plan. heart emoticon The last new policy is if you cancel a custom order after I have ordered your supplies you are held liable for the cost of supplies and pay pal fee of 2.9% + $.30. I normally order the supplies very soon after a payment is received. I also let you know when I order supplies and keep you updated on when I receive them. I will only refund less the cost of the supplies and the pay pal fee. Chances someone else will want exactly what I ordered for your taste will be slim to none. I might never sell what I ordered for you. I do not offer refunds after you receive your item, for all the above reason.
