On our departure day, we decided to squeeze in one more meal…our favorite brunch at Steakhouse 71! This meal is always delicious and a perfect meal before catching our flight home!

The next morning which was our last park day, we went back to Magic Kingdom for the sights and SNACKS!

The park is so special during Christmas!

And, since it was a Christmas party night, we left early and walked over to The Contemporary Resort for our favorite way to end our trip…California Grill drinks and appetizers!!

After lunch, we spent the rest of the day and evening in Disney’s Hollywood Studios before jumping on the Skyliner to head to our dinner at Topolino’s Terrace at Disney’s Riviera Resort. As always, it was so, so delicious and we can’t wait to go back!

🦛 Do YOU want a hippopotamus for Christmas? Well, we saw many of them and so much more the next morning on my absolute favorite attraction at Animal Kingdom, the Kilimanjaro Safari!

It does not matter how many times I’ve done this Safari, it’s new and exciting every single time!

Later that evening, we went to EPCOT. We wandered the parks, rode the rides, sipped the drinks and had the best time. So fun that I took 0 pictures! LOL

We decided to walk out the back entrance of EPCOT at International Gateway and visited the gingerbread house and train at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts!

Check out the amazing Gingerbread Carousel (yes, it really spun!) at Disney’s Beach Club and the train at Disney’s Yacht Club!

It was a perfect ending to our day! Follow along tomorrow for more highlights!

👑 🐸 Next up: Princess Tiana’s Bayou Adventure! I really wasn’t sure how I’d like this reimagining of Splash Mountain. But, after riding it many times since it has opened, I can honestly say they have done an AMAZING job!! And, I enjoyed it so much that I hardly took any pictures! 🥴

🚢 Have you been on the JINGLE CRUISE? During the holiday season, our favorite Jungle Cruise, gets a Christmas overlay. If you love the normal ride, this holiday-themed version is not to be missed!

🎶 And, just like that…another favorite thing: listening to the Dapper Dans ride down Main Street singing Christmas carols!

☀️ The next morning, we ate a delicious breakfast at our resort and then went back to Magic Kingdom! (Can you tell which park we love the most?)

We love to start our trip in the shops on Main Street and watching these ladies make these delicious holiday treats was so fun!

After our late dinner, we returned to our hotel fat and happy from a wonderful day and delicious meal. Before heading to our room, we stopped in the lobby and sat fireside in rocking chairs reflecting on our day. What an incredible resort and wonderful moment. 🥰 Good night!

After spending several hours at Magic Kingdom, we took another boat to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

Have you visited this magnificent gingerbread house? It is absolutely incredible. The decorated tree was so beautiful, especially with the live pianist playing whimsical holiday tunes for the onlookers!

We went upstairs to Citricos for an incredible dinner! This meal was perfect and we cannot wait to go back! So, so delicious!

🏰 After checking in and getting settled, we took the boat from Wilderness Lodge to Magic Kingdom!

❄️We rode our favorite rides and even caught the Frozen Holiday Surprise stage show. This 7 minute show features Olaf, Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and their whimsical friends as they decorate Cinderella Castle for Christmas!

Disney’s theming is unmatched! This geyser at Wilderness Lodge was beautiful and truly immersive!

Our room was beautiful! I don’t know how Disney does it but the only way I can describe this room is by saying it had rustic charm. It was earthy and natural but felt high-end and simply luxurious.

It was very spacious and had the most beautiful balcony view!

✈️ Upon arrival to Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, our room was not quite ready. So, we checked our bags at Guest Services and went first to have lunch at Geyser Point.

🛶 Nestled in the trees and on the shore of the lake, this serene, open-air restaurant was absolutely beautiful!

🍔 🍺 My allergy-friendly bison burger was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to kick off our trip!

💵 As we paid our bill, I received a text that our room was ready! Perfect timing! Stay tuned…

I recently stayed at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, a deluxe hotel, for the first time. It was absolutely beautiful! Check it out…
