I recently had the privilege of taking some lovely snaps of the fabulous home and garden owned by , husband Gabrielle and beautiful boys. You can tell that there has been so much love and thought put into their character filled property.

It truly was one of those wholesome weekends. An early morning start in Freshwater with my Sister, lunch with the gorgeous NSW Hosting Masterclass Grad’s and Sunday at home working on with my husband. I am so blessed x.

Three of my most treasured vintage books are sitting on this cupboard in the cottage bedroom. The first is an English guide to construction in the late 1800’s, the second is “The Australian Carpenter” which features beautiful illustrations and step by step guides on how to build almost anything! The third is a treasured photo album I purchased from a local antique store, showcasing one families travels through the Grampian ranges. They are such beautiful keepsakes. X

One of our favourite morning rituals at the farm is taking a stroll down the long driveway. There’s always something new to see; birds, flowers, cows and forever changing sunrises. 🦜

I’m a little late to the party but a big Happy New Year to all of you! I’m excited for the year to come at Clunes Lane Cottage, with many projects in the planning stage. Looking forward to sharing this year with you.
We’re enjoying some quiet time this week at the cottage. I forget how lovely it is to wake up here, in bed, with this view, coffee in hand. It’s so still and peaceful this morning. The birds are singing and I can hear the sounds of the river lapping the river bank.

There’s nothing that I enjoy more than an outdoor fire pit, glass of wine and special friends to share the moment with. We hope our guests over the summer period enjoy this space as much as we do.

Another weekend for our guests to be cozied up inside, listening to the rain drops falling on the tin roof. Green tree frogs are croaking away in the down pipes and water birds are diving the river, in search of their next meal.
