It’s been cold and rainy so the day started with an awesome sunrise with Thatcher Island in the distqnfe … view from our room.
The day turned…- tweeked my back reaching for my purse… it’s not my normal muscle aches- this is different. Thinking pinched nerve ir even a disk issue. Can’t walk. No position is comfortable.
But I wanted to see Rockport, so I had Dave put me in the truck and we drove around town.
The town is so damn cute and there were sooooo many people walking. Bummed I couldn’t go down every street… but here is what we did get to see…..

Folly cove landing - a popular diving spot

We tried to drive to Cape Ann Light in Annisquam and ended up in a very private neighborhood. Talked with a walker and he explained that Ben Smith lived in this area and when he took over the senate for JFK when he became president, He asked JFK for a favor - to make the beach and area private.. and he did. It’s called Norwood Heights Beach.

Through that exploring we saw the Annisquam Yacht Club surrounded by 1600 year houses and Lobster Cove

Of course, Cape Cod is where we got engaged and married and vacation there every year for our anniversary. This year was 20! So we extended to Cape Ann
BUT - here are my rings….
2 for each decade!!!
They were earrings Dave got me for our 10 year and I just never wore them. So we had an amazing jeweler turn them into rings 💍

Hey! We’re at it again… soon we’ll be traveling to our favorite place - the place we got married in Cape Cod - as we do every year - for our anniversary - this year is 20 years!!! So we’ve added a few days on and will be visiting Gloucester and Cape Ann.

So..... if we go missing, the government snatched us up... becauee we keep finding ourselves at restricted sights...
First it was The front gates of NASA, then the Atlantis facility at the Kennedy Space station, now in Key West it’s the Naval Air Station... front gates then back fence. 🤷‍♀️🤷🏼‍♂️

We are leaving Titusville on the SpaceCoast a little bummed becauee tomorrow is a Shuttle launch and we would have had front row seats.
So instead we drove around NASA and got told my a police officer that this was the “real NASA” and we needed to turn around and go back where we came from. Lol.

I’m not a foodie but the food here in GA is so yummy. First the BBQ at Wileys, then the fresh jarred peach 🍑 halves from Peach World, where we also got a pecan praline honey butter that is out of this world! I don’t even like pecan or praline! Lol.
Spent the afternoon in Savannah at the City Market with Cooper and he showed up all the little barking dogs. Everyone complimented his beauty and behavior.....except for the horse 🐴 ... he was giving cooper the eye...
