Orlandfamilystay is a beautiful end townhouse built in 2021 with its own pool inside a lanaii with an open outlook. Situated in the prestigious Solterra Resort in Davenport, Florida all the parks and attractions are close to hand.
Beautifully furnished to provide a calm and relaxing oasis after a hectic day sightseeing .
Fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, ceiling fans throughout. Childrens indoor play area, games and X box with tvs in every room. Sleeps and seats 10 in 5 bedrooms with an extra portacrib and highchair for a tiny one. One queen bedroom is on the ground floor with an adjacent bathroom for ease of access. 4 further bedrooms are situated upstairs.
Free wifi, cable TV and phone calls within the USA are included.
Outside there is parking for 2 vehicles.
Safety is paramount hence both a pool fence and alarms on all doors leading to this area. A Ring doorbell keeps an eye at the front entrance and a ring camera tracks the pool equipment and rear access gate into the lanaii. (The house and lanaii itself are completely private with no cameras or recording devices.)
The gated resort itself has security presence at both the gate and around the Resort.There is a large pool with poolside with large slide and cafe, lazy river, spa pool, business centre, gym and tennis courts for your use.
The Homeowners Association have a full calendar of events for all, including candlight music sessions, DJ ing by the pool, kids games and events and get togethers.
Sadly as we have severe allergies in the family we cannot accept animals of any kind whatsoever. This is an animal free home.
