This story is such a fun and wonderful example of Walt Disney World customer service. These were my clients who had a laundry mishap where a toy was accidentally taken to the cleaners. And not just any toy….but a precious beanie baby from the 90s that was passed from mom to kiddo. Enjoy a little fun and joy today with this story.
