Welcome to Our Family Condo

Thanks for visiting our page! We are excited to announce that we’ve added another property to our portfolio of vacations rentals. After almost 15 years of Exit 1 - Escape to the Lake, we thought the Gulf could offer something different.

Escape to the Gulf at this comfortable, 15th floor, 2-bedroom condo with the most remarkable view of Tigertail Beach and the Gulf of Mexico that Marco Island has to offer. Whether you want to read a book by the heated pool or search for seashells along the ocean, our condo has everything you've been looking for and more. Complete with an indoor workout facility, tennis courts, pickle ball, and boat slips, everything you need is right at your finger tips.

Our unit is located just off the elevator and laundry room on the 15th floor of Tower 4. With two-bedrooms and a large couch, our condo can comfortably sleep 6 people and is great for families. Both bedrooms offer significant closet space as well as a dresser for storage.

The newly renovated balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset and can be accessed from the living room and both bedrooms.
