Newcastle beer bike is hiring!
650£ (20-25h)
What if we tell you that job doesn't need to be a dull process and you can get paid well and have fun at the same time?
We offer a fixed term contract for 6 months, commencing in March. We will need your services for roughly 20-25 hours per month, mostly on Fridays and Saturdays. The compensation is 650 pounds and in return we wish you to complete 15 rides-roughly an hour, including the preparation required. We incentivise good performance, so 30 reviews per month shall secure you 100 pounds EXTRA!
Any extra ride shall be compensated with 30 pounds per ride and 20 pounds per hour preparation- minimum half an hour.
This is a list of what we expect you to perform:
Follow check-in procedures and assist customers at check-in according to procedure
Do the safety briefing, answer questions and help the group with anything they may need
Make our guests feel welcomed
Drive the bike along the specified route
Cooperate and liase with our partners
Entertain in a safe manner our guests, making sure that safety is the number one priority
Conduct timely and efficient rotation of groups
Ensure that the levels of cleanliness are maintained, while mechanical issues are reported on a timely manner
Conduct all check-out procedures according to procedure
The ideal candidate is:
Available all weekends and bank holidays, since the trade will be consistent throughout the duration of the contract.
Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and efficiently without much supervision
The face of the business, so professional demeanour is a must
Reliable and punctual
Within reach, or able to travel to our facilities consistently
