We set ourselves a challenge to become as self sufficient as possible, we are well on our way.
Excited to be able to offer our guests the opportunity to purchase fresh organic fruit and vegetables daily as well as the gorgeous eggs our hens lay daily 😀😀. And our fav rooster Bruce keeps an eye on our veggie patch 🤣

9 hours today in the garden, and I must say it has truly been a great day. 23 degrees blue sky and sunshine.
After a long cold winter it is amazing to see our garden come to life and explore what's growing this year.
Today we found 7 peach trees, 6 cherry trees prune and plum trees, pear and apple trees which have all suddenly burst into life.
5 hours to cut the grass🤣 but totally worth it as I think the garden is starting to look fab 😁😁

La Grange de Lavande is proud to present our second property Gite Figuier. Located in Lot-et-Garonne South West France the property is perfect for couples or small families. Attached to our 180 year old Lavander barn we have created a Petit version of our farmhouse.

Gite Figuier offers on the first floor a main bedroom with king size bed, an adjoining second bedroom with twin beds.

The ground floor is open plan with living area, dinning area, new kitchen, bathroom and separate wc.

The property has a secure garden with terrace for your morning coffee, table and chairs for Al fresco dining, and BBQ area.

Gite Figuier is located 10 minutes from the beautiful bastide town of Villereal and 15 minutes from Issigeac which has some of the best restaurants in the area. Monpazier, Eymet and Monflanquin are a short drive away.
Bergerac is a 25 minute away where you will find the major shops and airport.
