Some of these are inherited propagations, purchased (only one; guess who), or grown from seed. I'm such a proud plant momma!

We walked to the Fringe Festival today, but were worried that we would be rained out.

The skies were ominous, but beautiful.

We are finally getting some much-needed rain at the house. Three other storms had completely passed us by. Hopefully the rainwater tank will get nice and full, and I don't need to keep obsessing about it.😄

Went for a downtown walk. Everything looks beautiful when it's overcast. Even though downtown can be a little sleepy during the day, it's a great time to see the sights.

If you're looking for an out-of-city experience, definitely check out the Ross Creek Flea Market. Open Saturday and Sunday, and only a 45 minute drive away!
It was a beautiful and chilly day, but we were finally able to cross it off our list.

Though I have heard rave reviews for years, last weekend was my first time at 🚲. Why did I not go sooner?
The food & drinks were absolutely fantastic, and the indoor/outdoor café was perfect for the first warm weekend of the year.
Take a trip down to the French quarter to give this place a try!

We might not have mountain views, but here in Edmonton our prairie skies are legendary. Regardless of the temperature, we have a host of locations all around the city that are perfect for taking in mother nature's magical views, from sunrise to sunset.

We walked around the old Alberta Museum grounds, now known as Government House, and then into the swanky neighbourhoods surrounding. You can find a little bit of woods almost anywhere in Edmonton, even in the core!

The Strathcona library looks a little spooky at night! Completed in 1913 and one of the oldest libraries in Alberta, it has a lot of history but is probably not haunted. It has always been a library, and never a residence.

If you are here for the Fringe Festival, you will see this library in the background.

The kitchen is truly the heart of a home! Even though there are many excellent restaurants closeby, our kitchen is well-stocked with a wide variety of tools and appliances so that eating out is a choice and not a requirement.

This bathroom underwent quite the transformation to become the bright beauty it is today! We are loving the crisp white that exudes clean energies. As part of our zero-waste journey, we made the tough decision not to offer individualized toiletries. Instead, we provide pump bottles with only high quality, exclusive products and are cleaned thoroughly as part of our rigorous cleaning schedule.
