1.Reason for Recommendation
There’re three table seats which are Japanese straw floor coverings.And, the counter seats is made of bamboo.You can eanjoy eating with family. It's an environment where even small children can relax and eat.In addition to having such a great atmosphere, the tsukemen is also very tasty. Unfortunately, it is far from the station, but if you are driving, it is the best place to go.

3.Taste
It is so distinctive and delicious that you can eat the noodles alone.That's thick, slippery, and shiny.The soup is very thick, with plenty of pork bones and seafood flavor.The green onions and yuzu (Japanese citras) give a nice accent to the soup.It's so delicious that after you finish the noodles, I recommend that you also drink up the broth addede another soup which is able to get it asking the clerk.

1.Reason for Recommendation
Shijo Station is in the center of Kyoto, and there are many sightseeing spots such as Kiyomizu-dera nearby. This ramen shop is the best around Shijo Station.Many of the best ramen shops in Kyoto are located away from the tourist areas.However, this shop is easy to go without a car.The perfect location and delicious ramen are the reasons why I recommend this shop.

All the ramen in this shop is salt-based.The soup is made with a blend of three types of Japanese salt, giving it a light taste.The noodle is handmade by this shop having sticky texture.Scallop ramen and duck ramen are also on the menu, but I recommend the regular salt ramen.

1.Reason for Recommendation
This shop is a hidden gem without a sign.The interior of the building is very beautiful and has a solemn atmosphere.It’s amazing how stylish seasoning countainers are.It’s the great shop for a date.However, I don’t recommend this shop for family because there’re only 6 counter seats.The ramen and the atmosphere of shop make it a unique place.

The noodles are kneaded with yuzu(Japanese citras), giving them a refreshing taste.The soup is based on seafood.Although it looks very rich, it has a surprisingly light flavor.This soup and yuzu noodles go very well together.And a roasted pork is very tasty.

1.why I recommend
It is a ramen shop with a long history and is the parent of a large chain of restaurants called Shiogensui serving a very good salt ramen.This shop is also a good salt ramen, but soy sauce ramen is more popular. This place is famous not only for its ramen but also for its fried rice, which is very tasty.At a lunch time, there’re a set of soy sauce ramen and half fried rice.You should eat this set!!

The soy sauce-based soup with the flavor of bonito and the accent of yuzu (Japanese citron) is very delicious.This yuzu and burnt green onion go very well together.The fried rice is savory, flavorful, and very tasty.It is so delicious that it was chosen as the Kansai champion on a TV program.

1.why I recommend
This is the first shop to mix sweet potatoes into the noodles.The texture of noodles are glutinous and very tasty.Although I got tired of its taste in second half, the initial taste was so good that it erased all of that.Also, this shop is particular about the detail of ingredients. It's a Michelin-starred restaurant.

2.how does it tastes
This soup is made with meat from Nagoya Cochin which is one of the three largest chickens in Japan.It has been simmering for 21 hours.This soup is not only made with the chickens but also with seafoods, such as seaweeds and shellfish.All of them combine to make an exceptional ramen.
