Grand Pacific Palisades resort, Carlsbad CA timeshare for sale! The usage is every odd , the week is a floating week in a one bedroom unit. The maintenance fee for next year will be paid, so the new owner will get free usage for 2025! Buyer will pay 350 that will go towards closing cost. You can look up the city and state that each one is in. It shows how many points you get either annually or every other year as well as the monthly maintenance fee and the month that the points are deposited.
