I have a WorldMark contract for sale that has an annual 25k credits! Maintenance fee is 232 per month and will be paid until the transfer is complete! Anniversary month is October and currently there's a little over 21,000 credits in the account. Buyer will pay transfer and closing cost! Please message me if you're interested and make an offer! Anyone interested in taking over ownership of a Hilton Sea World Resort? It's 5,440 points per year in the maintenance fees are 1335 and they are paid for this year! I also have an annual week at Hilton Sunrise Lodge and in every even year Planet Hollywood. Both are two bedrooms if anyone's interested in either of these then please send me a message thanks! All the maintenance fees for all three are paid for this year.

I have a few contracts that are Wyndham shell Vacation Club Hawaii that I'm wanting to give away! They give you Priority Access to the Hawaii locations! It's 282,000 annual points! And the maintenance fee is 215 per month. Maintenance fees will be paid each month by the seller until the transfer is complete and the transfer and closing cost will also be paid for!
