Malaysia - Thailand border crossing

1. Bring photocopy of Car Title
2. Buy Thailand 🇹🇭 car 🚗 insurance
- RM20.80 for the trip
- count by Days
- Thailand Third Party insurance RM 25
- at border before ICQS , there will be a lot of Thailand insurance signboard at road side, anyone will do
Usually take around 30 min to get it done
3. Exit from Malaysia 🇲🇾 border

4. At Thai border.
I) Go to immigration to get passport done, provide finger prints.
II) go to another window, to get the Thai insurance paper stamped By the authority. THB 30
III) go to another counter - Custom to get the car officially Imported.
Need to provide the number of pax in car and color of the car.
IV) then put the paper at dash board and drive across

1) Don’t bring Walkie talkie
2) bring small change for THB
3) It does help to ask more,
As you might be in wrong Queue and waste a lot of time
