April has been a busy month for Moore Island Properties! Our 3 tiny homes on Winginia Ave in Manteo were sold. It's bitter sweet for us!🧡💙 🤍

The heart of the island is the Town of Manteo's walkable historic downtown...in our humble opinion. ☺️ There are blocks of unique shops and restaurants you can find any place else. All bordered by serene waterfront views. Just how far are our cottages from town? 🚶🏽‍♂️8 minute walk or 3 minute bike ride.🚲 Easy peasy.
