A beautiful view from Carmel mountains in Yagur. Woke up 5 oclock, drank arabic coffee, and started a beautiful journey in the wild from Ossufaya, to Yagur, 14 km. Good and easy trail. With beautiful fauna and flora.

We always visit beautiful countries and take beautiful photos, but the most important thing is to always remember that place with the bigger image, remember all the disasters they have been through. This is a picture of one house of many houses that have been affected of the earthquake in 2015 in Nepal🇳🇵always remember and pray for all the souls that have been lost and the ones sorrowed, find peace and hope within 🙏

Now its time to start my Yoga classes again. It was a while, but i feel so ready!
The Yoga i share is a combination of Kirya Yoga and Raja Yoga, Kirya means breathing and Raja means postures. And together they bring our attention and it activates the Kundalini Energy within (Life energy). The classes will be from Sunday to thursday. And sometimes when full moon we will have ceremonies, meditate and tune in.
You dont need any previous experience. Only come and be with me.

what an amazing experience, a group of 8 people, diving into the unknown, in winter time, climbing 4 peaks over 4000m and 2 of them where over 5000m. dont stay comfort, go out and explore, let nature be your class!
