Client review and pictures of Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside (Standard View 01/08/2025 - 9 nts)

Did you feel safe at the destination? Yes

The flights: good

Service: wonderful!

Food: we only ate at the quick service dining place on site and it was good. There were many options for each meal, which was nice!

Rooms: the rooms were nice, not huge, but that wasn't a priority for us since we knew we wouldn't be spending much time in them.

Entertainment: the resort entertainment that we checked out was the arcade (the kids loved), the pool (the kids loved - even when the air temp was chilly the water temp was warm), and the campfire with s'mores (who didn't love that!?)

Parks: we went to all 4 Disney parks, Universal studios and islands of adventure, and SeaWorld. each park had it's unique features, therefore there were things that we enjoyed about each of them, but did have our overall favorites out of all of them!

Would you return: we would!

Would you recommend this resort? Yes! It gave kind of a secluded feel as buildings weren't right next to each other and there was tons of vegetation on the property!

How did you find our service? Very helpful in giving us options based on our priorities at the beginning and walking us through things as the trip got closer!

Are you satisfied with the service provided and received? Yes, it was wonderful!

Would you recommend our service to your family or friends? We already have!

Any additional comments: the perk of staying on a Disney property and having free transportation to the Disney parks was amazing! I can't imagine navigating the traffic and parking had we rented a car! We also enjoyed the perk of early entry to the Disney parks you get when you stay at a Disney resort!

Client Review of Riu Latino (Ocean Front 10/16/2024-4 nts)

Did you feel safe at the destination? Yes, very safe

The flights: Non-stop and smooth; On-time departures and arrivals

Transfers: Private transfer is perfect; Only suggestion is if multiple folks are going it would be nice to ride a private transfer together

Beach: Beautiful; Clean; Plenty of seating; Beach service for beverages was great

Pool: All pools were clean and roomy; Swim-up bar pools were perfect and you could always find a place to sit, no matter what time you got to the pool

Service: Everyone was helpful; Resort was clean; Most anything we asked for, they accommodated

Food: Several selections available for food; All the food was delicious

Rooms: Clean; Great views

Entertainment: Enjoyed the complimentary shows at the resort, as well as the resort staff entertainment (volleyball, bags, etc.); No one was too pushy

Would you return: Yes! I would visit any Riu resort!

Would you recommend this resort? Yes!
