Client review of Riu Palace Pacifico (Junior Suite Partial Oceanview 08/21/2024 - 6 NTS)

The flights: delay flying out but was ok

Transfers: were good!

Beach:big waves couldn't get in. Knock you over. But was pretty to look at.

Pool: pools were great. Water was HOT!

Service: give them a 10

Food: 10 something for everyone

Rooms: housekeeping not so good. Never enough wash clothes shower floor towels hit and miss Never left coffee in room. Took 30 minutes for room service to bring coffee. Give them a 7

Entertainment: 8

Beach: Very clean

Pool: All three pools were too warm and not refreshing. Activities were more geared to the younger guests.

Service: All service was excellent

Food: Not one of my favorites. Cold and little taste. We really enjoyed two meals, one at the Asian restaurant and the other at the Italian restaurant.

Rooms: Rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious.

Entertainment: Very good
