We are based at Howell Just outside Heckington in Lincolnshire. The perfect holiday home for families and friends seeking an adventure in Lincolnshire, Tythe Lodge can be found resting in a wonderful position for exploring the many wonders of the coast and countryside of Lincolnshire and beyond. Sitting within Howell near Heckington where you can find all the amenities you could need for a self-ca

tered stay, surrounded by luscious fields and footpaths, there's no better choice for your relaxing retreat. Park up right outside the property before entering into your own private patio area, making a safe spot for the children to play, this area makes the perfect spot to soak up your scenic surroundings. Step inside and marvel at the beauty of this property, combining rustic charm with a contemporary interior, as well as a delightful dragonfly theme throughout reminding you of your countryside location, this lodge is a true delight at any time of the year.Venture into the kitchen to be met by a wealth of wonderful appliances amongst the beautiful midnight blue units, with the convenient utility also hosting a range of handy essentials. Sit before the roaring woodburning stove in the sitting area with two plush sofas to relax on, or sit at the dining table together flicking through the story of how the cottage has been renovated carefully handcrafted by the owners, adding to the special touches of the property. Seek comfort in one of two inviting bedrooms to end your evening, taking your pick from the master king-size with its very own en-suite shower room and a second king-size with zip/link functions, doubling up into a twin on request as well as offering a truckle bed beneath to offer a flexible sleeping arrangement, whilst being served by the impressive family bathroom with a P-shaped bath where you can indulge in a relaxing soak as well as a shower over so you can choose how best to prepare for your day. Outside the wonder continues, where you can find your very own hot tub perfect for stargazing at any time of the year, as well as a seating area and fire pit where you can toast marshmallows for a memorable evening with your loved ones. Roam the lawns surrounding the property to begin your day with a leisurely stroll, or tear yourself away from this beautiful base to discover the wonder of the local area; venture out to Heckington, a quaint little village home to a scatter of amenities including a local shop for picking up any essentials, a choice of pubs and bars and two cafés, all catering to a variety of tastes, while other wonderful attractions in the village include its swimming pool, Grade I listed church and windmill, which is the only eight-sailed tower windmill in the world, and the family-friendly Heckington Show hosted once a year, with agricultural, horticultural and Craft activities making a fantastic day out for all. We are pleased to let everyone know that Tythe Lodge now has an EV Charger installed.
We won't be adding this to the lodge rental it is provided via an app that guests can download and pay as they go, and to use if and when they need it.....Happy motoring ⚡🚗
