Make sure you are REAL ID compliant by May 7, 2025 to prevent any disruptions in travel plans. Travelers who use a driver's license as identification at TSA checkpoints must present a REAL ID-compliant license to board domestic flights, which are generally identifiable by a gold star in the upper-right corner.

Passports and other forms of identification will also still be accepted by TSA. These alternatives can be found here, though please note this list may change and checking before travel is recommended: https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/identification

Perfect day for this to show up on my feed- client texted from Porto this morning that he needed help checking in and getting boarding passes for their flight tomorrow from Porto to Lisbon. I was able to quickly assist and he went on with enjoying his final day at peace.

Home from our first yoga & mindfulness retreat- so so many lessons learned and experiences shared. I'll say it again: if you've never experienced a retreat, especially a yoga retreat, I urge you to give one a try. It's way more than learning yoga moves!! Reconnecting with nature, reconnecting with yourself, exploring mental roadblocks, serene scenery, new friendships, gently pushing physical stretching, slowing your mind down, figuring out and focusing on "getting off the wheel."
