Hey there! Checked into Ga***rd National Harbor DC for a Travel Leaders Network conference and brought the kiddos along for some fun. We lucked out with an upgrade to a gorgeous room with stunning views of the Potomac River. The kids had a blast at the pool and Adrian enjoyed the complimentary beers - a nice touch included in the resort fee. 🌊✨ Explored the enchanting city of Venice and the iconic Bridge of Sighs! ✨🌊

We had the most incredible experience wandering through the narrow, winding streets of Venice and stumbling upon the breathtaking Bridge of Sighs. This architectural masterpiece, with its delicate stone carvings and arched windows, truly takes your breath away.

Legend has it that the bridge earned its name from the sighs of prisoners who caught their last glimpse of the beautiful city before being led to their cells. It's a hauntingly beautiful reminder of the city's rich history and the stories that lie within its walls.

I've been flying in and out of MCI (Kansas City Airport) for most of my life, so it's such a nice treat to finally see the renovation complete. It looks so different and I love how modern it is! I didn't think to take pictures until we were already half way to baggage claim.

Need a quick family getaway?!?! Kalahari Resorts - Poconos is the perfect spot!! We went away for my daughter's bday and it was a total blast.

Compared to the Williamsburg Great Wolf Lodge, I would say Kalahari is much larger and there are more games in the arcade. There are also more things to do, e.g. bowling, Escape Room, laser tag, bumper cars, adventure park, etc. Then the food... omg, it was delicious! I never expect good food from a water park, but these restaurants were delicious.

Want white sand and emerald water without leaving the country? Check out 30A, Florida.

Where in the world is 30A? It's nestled quietly between Panama City and Destin along County Road 30A. It's also known as the "Emerald Coast".

Everything about Watercolor and Seaside was perfect! Definitely a family friendly location, as the roads are full of golf carts and kids on bikes.

Quick stop at Horseshoe Bend and it did not disappoint!! We stayed a night at Page, AZ and surprisingly, there were a lot of yummy restaurants in that little town.
