MEET THE NEIGHBOURS | Literally a 2 minute walk from No7 is The Malt Mill Bar at Lagavulin distillery. This hidden gem is perfect for a refreshment, whether it be a whisky, cocktail or hot chocolate. The staff are amazing and you can pick up some lovely Lagavulin merchandise at their shop - well worth a visit

HELLO 😀 | Well it’s been a ‘minute’ since we last posted, but what a busy year No7 Lagavulin is having. Since our first guests of the year arrived in March we have pretty much been full each month which we are so grateful for. Summer bookings are well underway and we’ll have some new photos, hints and tips coming soon!

MUST VISIT & TRY | Islay has some amazing Gins but this Summer we took a trip over to Jura the home of Lussa Gin and this is a definite must see and try. The drive out to the distillery is breathtaking and once there we got a chance to speak to one of the owners of Lussa Gin. We found out how Lussa Gin came about, which was fascinating and lovely to hear from one of the people that actually creates the Gin. After a sample, there was no way we (I 😉) was leaving without a bottle. This is a gorgeous Gin, which as the label states is Fresh and Zingy; and of course contains botanicals from the island. Our (my) summer bottle is long gone, but I’ll definitely be getting another to enjoy over the festive season.
