Thanks to Owner/Manager, Beth, of Waterfront Oasis of Annapolis for sharing this photo of how well our rustic, wooden signs look in one of their properties. This is a luxury houseboat that sleeps six. They offer other exclusive, resort-like properties just minutes away from Annapolis.

We appreciate how they desire to decorate their properties with local art and items. She shopped at the best place for that: Local by Design Annapolis Mall, of course! There's also Local by Design at the Gallery adn Local by Design Downtown Annapolis

Waterfront Oasis of Annapolis has a BRAND NEW property! Meet FIRSTIE. This is a truly unique living experience and one you do not want to miss if you are coming to visit Annapolis/USNA.
Firstie is a houseboat you have got to see to believe. This property can sleep up to 6.* (Guests must be >12years of age)
The houseboat has a full kitchen with dishwasher, breakfast bar and there is even a full sized washer/dryer.
The master suite has a Queen sized bed. The second bedroom is outfitted with twin sized bunks & 1.5 bathrooms. The living room has a comfortable pull-out couch.
The rooftop deck is another living space all to itself. Complete with a large dining table and outdoor seating-Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening meal there and you will not be disappointed by the natural splendor of our serene creek.
While staying with us you also have access to our award winning pool(see photos).
We are available for bookings immediately and beyond. Call/text or DM Beth for availability and rates.
