رتی گلی جھیل پہ کیمپ /ٹینٹ لگانا خطرے سے خالی نا ہے۔ سطح سمندر سے زیادہ اونچائی کی وجہ سے جولائی اور اگست میں بھی یہاں رات گئے درجہ حرارت منفی چھ تک بھی گر جاتا ہے، ایسے میں اک عام انسان کو بھی سانس لینے میں دشواری کا سامنا کرنا پڑسکتا ہے۔
اس کے علاؤہ یہاں جنگلی درندوں سمیت دیگر خدائی مخلوق بھی رات کے اندھیرے میں محو رقص ہوتی ہے۔ ( مقامی لوگوں کے مطابق )

ایک طرف جہاں پورا ملک شدید گرمی کی لہر سے نڈھال ہے ،وہیں پچھلے کئی روز سے نیلم ویلی بھر میں وقفے وقفے سے بارش اور پہاڑوں پہ ہونے والی برفباری نے موسم کو خوشگوار کردیا ہے۔

Kumrat is a beautiful valley in the Upper Dir District of KP

“My 1st trek was to Nanga Parbat Basecamp in 2014. I started my adventurous life again in 2018 after a gap of 4 years. I got married and had a daughter, and we decided to plan a tour by ourselves. It was an all girls trip, 5 girls and my daughter who was 22 months old at that time. An 8 day tour of Deosai, Rama Lake and Nanga Parbat basecamp.

I was sure that it would be one hell of an adventure but that journey was full of tests and trials for me. My daughter, Arfa, was throwing up throughout, I was washing mine and her clothes with icy cold water at night, carried myself and her together on an 8 hour trek to Nanga Parbat base camp, spent a night camping in Deosai and much more. I traveled after that with Arfa and without her to many places and treks. Sometimes it's not easy to manage home, my family and my adventures but I feel when there is a will there is a way. You can do much more than you think. Just make an effort to live your dreams.”
