Our Palma Red Team conducted a 'Just Culture' workshop ✈️

During this workshop, colleagues from three different departments came together to Work As One Team. The focus was on delivering the right 'Just Culture' message.

Throughout the session, colleagues raised concerns and questions to ensure they adopted the correct approach for future situations. They demonstrated a commitment to safety, all while Creating Memories and strengthening their teamwork ❤️

In the fast-paced airport operations, every day brings new challenges. Recently, our Airport Team Leaders, Emir and Mehmet (currently on winter leave) stepped up in a big way to support the team at Antalya Airport.

Despite delays and other challenges, they kept the team motivated and uplifted customers by purchasing hundreds of stickers and balloons to spread joy 🎈✨

Their enthusiasm, and creativity didn’t go unnoticed. We’re thrilled to share that both received a Great Deal Friendlier award for their incredible efforts!

When a customer in resort fell, Marina assisted her throughout. She helped her to pack her bags, made sure she was ok on the transfer bus and met her back at the airport for further assistance.

Our Overseas Training Team recently had the opportunity to shadow some of our amazing overseas colleagues in an action packed 4-day resort visit to The Canaries.

"We flew from Leeds Bradford to Lanzarote, where we received a warm welcome from the energetic teams at the airport and resort office. Split into pairs, we joined our fantastic Resort Customer Helpers for insightful property visits before exploring the fast-paced airport operation. It was impressive to see the team’s quick thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration with transfer agents to ensure our customers’ holidays start smoothly."

Angel, Ground Operations Trainer has received a Great Deal Friendlier Award 🎉

Angel went above and beyond by arranging a new experience for our Faro colleagues, guiding them through the back-of-house operations, introducing them to our back-of-house and dispatch colleagues, and ensuring they felt welcomed.

With the help from the Malaga Team, he gave colleagues the chance to sit in the passenger seat during an aircraft pushback. This was a first-time experience for them, thank you Angel.
