While we were in Hershey we took a little side stop in New Castle, Delaware. Very historic old town. So much cool history there. Anytime we've planned to hit up Delaware something has happened to change plans so we call it our bad luck state. In true form we only had the morning because then a huge storm hit lol but we made the most of it! "The first state" is our 22nd state to cross off our map. We plan to go back sometime and check out their beaches.

This is how we really felt about Delaware lol our first trip planned to go there Kelsey got Lyme disease and we had to come home with a very sick kiddo. This time the weather turned gloomy and rainy. We hope to still go back and check out the beaches of Delaware at some point in the future.

After we finished at Hershey we decided to take a quick trip down into the top of Delaware. We spent some time in New Castle. "The first state" became our 22nd state to cross off our list!

Amazing place at the holidays! Make sure you take the chocolate tour ride (it's free!) and learn the story of Hershey's and how chocolate is made! so many things to do here.
