We are hard at working on our Three Rivers place & a friend joined us. Mr. Fox is friendly and enjoys soaking up the sun. Britain wants to snuggle him & doesn’t understand he is wild. He sure is cute 🥰

Cabin 2 We are just starting our Three Rivers property renovations & remodel. We’ve decided renovate one cabin at a time to give each one the attention to detail that it deserves. The first cabin to get a facelift is Cabin 2. She’s a gem! I can see the space completely finished in my head & I can’t wait to see it alive. I’m terrible at taking before and during pictures but vowing this time I’ll be better at documenting the process.

Guest Book Entries 🖊 📜guest book entries are my absolute favorite part of hosting. There is just something about a fancy notebook with thick paper and a good pen! Guest Book Entries bring me so much joy and make me smile. The first thing I do when I walk into a property after a guest checks-out is look at the guest book to see if they wrote anything.

Is that a closet organizer? No! It’s a decorative pillow holder!!! I can kinda (okay a lotta) go crazy with decorative pillows. I love the texture, contrast & color they bring to a room. My husband hates them but I love them, maybe a bit too much!

The Charming Kaweah House features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, an outdoor gas grill, a coffee bar, an indoor laundry room (located in the detached garage), keyless entry, wifi, and smart TVs. This home comfortably fits 4 adults but the futon couch can accommodate one additional adult or up to 2 young children if desired. You will feel right at home with our comfortable & stylish decor. Our home is on the main route (Hwy 65) through town offering convenient access to quaint downtown Exeter or a scenic 35 minute drive to the Sequoia National Park entrance gate.

CHARMING POOL HOUSE Our Charming Pool House is a detached ADU in our backyard alongside the pool. Originally constructed as a gardening shed in 1937 out of Adobe bricks and converted to a photo studio in the mid 80’s, the Charming Pool House offers guests a quaint getaway experience. The Charming Pool House sits on a unique hilltop property in the heart of the Central Valley's citrus production. The views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains are phenomenal especially in the evenings. The Charming Pool House is a great jumping off point for many outdoor activities. Only minutes from Porterville, Springville, Exeter, Tulare, & 40 minutes to Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Park entrance gate. A 1 hour drive to the Sequoia National Monument where you will find walking trails, hiking, & Giant Sequoia trees.

Winter storms have brought us the most stunning views of the Sierras and foothills today. The snow level is soooo low. Hoping the snowy Mountain View’s stick around a few more days .
