ഒരു പാത്രത്തിൽ ഇറച്ചി ഇട്ട് മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി, മുളക്പൊടി, മല്ലിപൊടി, ഇഞ്ചി വെളുത്തുളളി പേസ്റ്റ് 2tsp, ആവശ്യത്തിന്ഉപ്പ് ചേര്‍ത്ത് നന്നായി കുഴച്ച് കുറച്ച് വെള്ളം ചേര്‍ത്ത് വേവിക്കുക ഫുൾ വെള്ളം വറ്റിക്കരുത് . എന്നിട്ട് വേറെ ഒരു ചട്ടിയിൽകുറച്ച് വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ ഒഴിച്ച് കറിവേപ്പില, നുറുക്കിയചെറിയ ഉളളി, ഇഞ്ചി വെളുത്തുളളി 2tsp എന്നിവ ചേര്‍ത്ത് brown നിറത്തിൽ ആകും വരെ വരട്ടുക. എന്നിട്ട് അതിലോട്ട് ഇറച്ചി ഇട്ട് 3tsp കുരുമുളക് പൊടിയും ചേര്‍ത്ത് അതിലെ വെള്ളം ശരിക്കും വറ്റിക്കുക വെള്ളം വറ്റിയാൽ ഒരു 10മിനുട്ട് മൂടി വെക്കുക .

ചുമ്മാ ഇരുന്നപ്പോ കുറച്ചു പച്ചമാങ്ങാ കിട്ടി. അച്ചാർ ഇടാമെന്നു വെച്ചപ്പോൾ അമ്മ സമ്മതിച്ചില്ല. പിന്നെ എന്തുചെയ്യും?. അങ്ങിനെ ആലോചിച്ചു നിന്നപ്പോളാണ് മാങ്ങാമപ്പാസ് എന്നൊരാശയം തലയിൽ ഉദിച്ചത്. പിന്നെ ഒന്നും നോക്കിയില്ല, കുറച്ചു ഇഞ്ചിയും, വെളുത്തുള്ളിയും, തേങ്ങാപ്പാലും എല്ലാം ചേർത്ത് ഒരു മപ്പാസ് വെച്ചു. ഭാഗ്യം സംഭവം പൊളിച്ചു.
