Pitched up last night just over 90 mins away from my destination,so I could have an easy day of it today... 7hrs it has actually taken me to do the 70 km n shattered plus missed the MotoGp ffs valley after valley on dirt roads

Well times nearly up here In Macedonia sadly,only came here because Kosovo wouldn't let me in but so glad I did. Great country with great potential,has great roads,low people population but high tree population.most of the country is a green mountainous forest with amazing lakes.If they (EU) could set them up with a proper waste management programme and teach the locals how to use bins it would be the perfect country to live...litter the blight of the Balkon countries sadly...anyway the capital Skopje is well worth a visit as well if only to view the birdlife,is defo impressive and gonna be special when finished,sure is a St Pertersberg wannabe....anyway onwards n forwards time to knock on Serbias door

It's stunning and nature is in such abundance,it looks like it's raining with all the fish jumping,swallow's darting everywhere...snakey patroling the shallows and bird chatter everywhere...very very nice part of the world

Loved my time In Albania,half the country maybe built for mountain goats but where ever you are you have a full signal and 4G...a country where the Merc truelly rules the roads,new or old they go around blind bends on mountain passes faster than any other car..never known a country have so many petrol stations and such different prices and types...the police checks everywhere were OK as only pulled me twice,the second time I reversed into there police van,maybe why...shame about the litter problem as that's the only blight I have as the people were great as always and I stumbled across some of the best freecamping spots I have ever had...I thankyou Albania

Well been in Albania a week now n done a mix of the countryside mountains and coast.I must say I entered with trepidation but I have been blown away with the outstanding raw beauty,it might be underdeveloped but it's defo under populated n that's a major bonus,mother nature is thriving,birds insects n wildlife in abundance and found some awesome freecamps...Albanians are friendly n helpfull,untill they get behind a wheel of course,then utter prats on a su***de mission trying to take anyone with them...

Eventually reached the border at 17.15 not the 10.30am I had planned, but a nasty deckchair held me up all day sadly...no dramas on the border,casual n fun to be honest!! No pcr or anything check...had to buy vehicle insurance on the border (€65 for a month) I didn't have any cash n no machines so they let me drive 20k to the town/ city and get some and a simcard of course...didn't stamp my passport just like Croatia n Montenegro,passports gonna last forever at this rate

Well time to leave Montenegro me thinks so gonna head to the Albanian border and see if they let me in...If not I know Serbia or korsavo will..Montenegro you are beautifull love u x

Found the dice n threw a three so ere we go...got into Montenegro ok but had to part with €70 for 15 days insurance but no Pcr test so bonus...

Sat here absorbing the view contemplating where and what next,to many options n obstacles or should I say expensive hinderences (pcr tests).
How come you need an accurate but expensive pcr test to drive over a border in an isolated tin can yet you can get on an aeroplane with hundreds of other people and you only need a cheap rapid test thats not very accurate??? It don't make bloody sense... anyways dilemma as lost my dice...can't decide Montenegro Bosnia or Serbia,or just stay in Croatia.mmmm
