Happy New Year from Patterson Vacations to YOU!

Each year we try to improve all of the properties in some sort of way, whether it's aesthetically or maintenance we can no longer avoid. We are gearing up for 2024 and I'm ready to share what we've done to each property in 2023.

360 @ OIB
This property got the biggest "glow up" in 2023.
~ All new decking on three levels
~ New shower tile in upstairs bathroom
~ Outdoor surfboard shower
~ Queen bed on main level
~ Flooring pulled up and replaced through most of main level due to a water leak

Pierside Escape
This whole unit has been remodeled, so we did add some fun with a new surfboard coffee and side table. However it was time for some new kitchen pots and pans, as well as other worn items.

Beachfront Overlook
This unit got a whole new look in 2023. New paint, floors, beds, furniture, you name it. All redone! It also received a new hot water heater (not so fun).

Seaside Nook
This unit was also all redone in 2022 so we unfortunately just needed a new AC unit inside and out.

Sisters by the Sea
Two new hot water heaters for this place. We also got 6 new pool loungers, a queen bedroom converted to a king, as well as much new hanging decor.

I am attaching some pictures of all the new stuff. And as always we love improving and making our rentals your home away from home!

7 = the number of bedrooms at Sisters by the Sea! 4 are king en suites (one was changed from queen to king this weekend). With the sofa bed, the house sleeps 19 😮 .

It's November and here's a little spring update! May is almost completely full at the condos. The only available week is May 4-11. There is still a lot of availability in April (weather is beautiful then too). These weeks are listed on the site:

This is the walkway at 360 @ OIB. Usually the water is 50 yards past the bottom step. King tide and hurricane did this last year luckily with no real damage. 🙏 for this week.

Before I go live with Corolla for next year, I am opening up the month of June. These weeks include June 2-9, 9-16, and 16-22 (23-30 is already booked). Also June 30-July 7. Otherwise, July is already booked for next year. Please send me a message if you would like a quote for any of those weeks.
