Aarrrgggh!
Last night was Pirates Night here on the Disney Magic. Everyone gets a bandana left in their stateroom by their stateroom attendant. Dinner is a special menu no matter what restaurant you’re at. Then the evening is wrapped up with a deck party and fireworks. Did you know Disney is only cruise line that does fireworks at sea?!

Hello from the Disney Magic!
Today is our port day. But instead of getting off the ship I enjoyed some time at the spa this morning as well as a less busy ship.
What do you do on port days? Do you always get off the ship and do an excursion?

On Disney Cruise Line ships you have rotational dining for dinner. Meaning you get to experience 3 different dining rooms during your cruise, but your waitstaff follows you.
Last night we dined at Animator’s Palate. It’s a bit different than the Animator’s Palate on The Disney Dream, but still amazing. As an artist myself I personally love the theming.

Y’all know I love meeting characters! And on Disney Cruise Line there are numerous opportunities to meet them. I especially love their cursing attire.

The Mocha Supreme Latte at Soul Cat Lounge is amazing!! It’s one of their specialty drinks and totally worth the extra charge.

Good morning!
It’s our first day at sea and we’ve left the frigid winter weather behind us.
I’m about to get my day started with Mickey waffles at Cabanas, then on to Disney trivia. Wish me luck.

We’re on board The Disney Magic!
We started with a quick lunch at Cabanas, got a photo with Pluto, and now we’re checking out our stateroom. Next we’re going to spend some time exploring the ship before our muster drill.
So excited we’re here!!

What are some of your Christmas Eve traditions?

When I was younger, my family would see a Christmas movie, sometimes drive around and look at lights, but we would always go to my grandparents' house for dinner, stockings, and presents. As an adult, we've done Starbucks and looked at Christmas lights many times. I'd love to hear what you do.
