panoramic view, four-season living space, with full sized sofa bed, large armoire and locking door, so it doubles as a fifth bedroom. Feel free to bring an RV and invite friends and family, using our optional, full RV hookups on the property, during summer home rentals at no additional charge. The house has a 10 guest limit, but if you bring an RV, the extra RV guests are allowed. The electric hookups are 30 amp and 50 amp. The panoramic room boasts over 22 feet of stunning wall-to-ceiling views of Canada, passing ships, and the sunset. Wake up in the morning to the best view in the house. Enjoy the sights from from the house, balcony, huge yard or dock. Stay toasty in the winter with the central heating system, and stay cool with the cabin's central air conditioning, or the fresh breeze blowing in from Canada.. Walk the property's trail down to the private dock stairs and swim in the clear water (in Spring/Summer). Bring your fishing poles and cast in the river while you watch the ships go by. The 126 feet of shoreline property includes some coastal tree hideaways for additional swimming and fishing. At least one business in the area offers kayak delivery. Home furnishings include plush motorized reclinable sofas/chairs, with usb charging ports. Home Wi-Fi is included.
