Nag Pachami is the day of snakes. Nags are worshiped this day in Nepal. Nags are snakes and Panchami means the fifth day after no-moon day.

Nags are worshiped on the fifth day following the no-moon (aushi). Hence, the day is called Nag Panchami. Aushi means no-moon day in Nepali.

What is Nag

Nags are deity snakes or special snakes. Those snakes have especial roles in Hindu Mythologies.

There are various mythological beliefs about Nagpanchami and its celebration.

Mahabharata tells that Lord Krishna conquered Nag Kalia and put an end to his evil deeds on the day of Shrawan Panchami. People believe that is the reason why people started celebrating this panchami as Nag Panchami.

Kathmandu valley used to be a big lake. Nags became very angry when human drained the lake to make it livable. To protect themselves against the anger of Nagas, people gave nags certain areas as pilgrimage destinations, and promise to worship them on the day, returning harmony in nature. That is continued till date.

Lord Bhrama’s son Kashyap rishi had thirteen wives namely Aditi, Dit, Kadru, Danu, Arishta, Surasa, Sauravi, Vinata, Tamra, Krodhavasa, Ida, Khasa, and Muni. Aditi gave birth to Devta, Diti to Garud, Kadroo to Nags, Danu to Daitya.

Those Nags were the rulers of Patal lok.The great eight nags are Ananta, Vashuki, Padhmanavha, Kambala, Shankhapala, Dhartarashtra, Takshaka, and Kaliya. These Nags were very powerful and worshiped.

An eight-legged dish with a dark past, starving Cambodians first began eating spiders under the Khmer Rouge regime. Today, the hairy arachnids are still considered a popular snack throughout the country – there’s even one Cambodian town nicknamed Spiderville because the townspeople love eating spiders so much. Apparently, they taste a bit like crab, so perhaps this is a new bugs-as-food trend you can get on board with.

Dashain falls in Dashami tithi (tenth day) but here at Nepal we commemorate Chaitey Dashain on Asthami (Eight Day) because this eight-day is a day of scarifying our wills, desires and also offering animals to Goddesses Bhawani.

Another reason why we celebrate chaite dashain is at past our dashain festival which we celebrate in ashiwin in November/ October month during that festival people used to suffer from verious diseases like cholera, vomiting and many peoples were also died at that time cause was chite (march/April ) is fall in summer season verious pendmic will effect human health at that time so this festival was shift in neither summer nor in winter in spring season.

The healthiest way to eat garlic is to eat raw garlic.
Garlic is rich in alliin. When garlic cloves are chopped or crushed, an enzyme called alliinase is activated, which can convert alliin into allicin.

Allicin is a natural plant broad-spectrum antibiotic with strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, and has obvious inhibitory and killing effects on various pathogenic bacteria.
Allicin can also lower blood pressure, lower blood lipids, improve blood circulation, prevent arteriosclerosis, and is very beneficial to the health of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular.
Most importantly, eating raw garlic has the effect of delaying the aging of the human body.
Germany is one of the longest-lived countries in the world. The WHO report shows that the average life expectancy in Germany is 83 years.
Almost everyone in Germany especially likes to eat raw garlic. According to statistics, the annual consumption of garlic in Germany is more than 8,000 tons.
German scientists believe that garlic is closely related to longevity, and eating raw garlic can prolong life.
According to experts from the German Garlic Research Institute: Garlic contains more than 400 substances that are good for health and longevity. If you want to live to 90 years old, garlic should be a basic part of your food.

Artifical sun of China

Nuclear fusion has long been the unattainable dream of clean energy. Unlike nuclear fission, it creates no greenhouse gases or waste. Nuclear fusion is the same process powering the sun. According to Merriam-Webster, it is the fusing of two atomic nuclei to form a heavier nuclei, resulting in the release of an enormous amount of energy. It’s the opposite of nuclear fission, which is widely used today. Fission is the process of splitting atoms. This splitting releases heat energy that is, in turn, used to heat water and ultimately to create electricity.

Ten Times Hotter Than the Sun

And, like the sun, unbelievable amounts of heat are required to make nuclear fusion work. China’s nuclear fusion reactor, which they call the “artificial sun,” will reach temperatures of up to 270 million℉. That is ten times hotter than the core of the sun. This is one of the main problems of nuclear fusion. No man-made substance would be able to contain such heat. The super-heated plasma where the fusion occurs is held in the middle of the reactor by supercooled electromagnets. Chinese scientists had been experimenting since 2006 on how to create a magnetic field strong enough to hold the plasma in place.

Nuclear Fusion: Clean but not Cheap

China’s Artificial Sun is not the only nuclear fusion reactor being built. An even larger reactor is being constructed at Marseille in the south of France. Thirty-three countries, including China, have come together to get it built. As of summer 2019, it was 65% complete. Once completed, the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER) will be the world’s largest nuclear fusion reactor. The project is expected to be another ten years from completion, and with the setbacks in every area of the world due to COVID-19 panic, it is likely to be even longer away than that.
The reactor in China is going to provide technical information for the ITER project. But don’t expect to see these fusion reactors to start popping up around the globe to provide completely clean energy. Being the largest is not ITER’s only claim to fame. The project is one of the most expensive scientific projects in the world.

Nepalese traditional dish eat in 30 December

Ingredients:
Rice grains
Salt
Water, Ghee (clarified butter)
Procedure:
First of all, heat a pan and add ghee to it. When the ghee melts and is heated, put the rice and stir fry it. Keeps on stir frying the rice grains over medium heat and make sure it does not burn. Fry it until the rice turns red in color and when it does, add salt to your taste. Again, keep frying it until it becomes soft and starts to stick to the pan. After that, add water to it and bring to boil. Let it simmer for few minutes until the water evaporates. When that happens, turn off the heat and transfer it to a bowl or plate and serve hot with pickles.
If you wish, you could also add some stir fired chopped vegetables like French beans, carrot and fresh green peas or capsicum. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
