Líder transportista dice que Uber no puede acceder al Aeropuerto de Cancún 😱👇🚕

Aseguran que el amparo es falso, por lo que Uber no puede acceder al Aeropuerto de Cancún como lo habían dicho anteriormente

José Bizarro Galván, presidente del Movimiento de Transportistas Organizados Unidos de la Riviera (TOUR), negó que los choferes de Uber puedan dar servicio en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún, en contra de su aseveración de que cuentan con un amparo.

En breve entrevista, el líder transportista afirmó que dicho amparo, que los operadores de Uber afirman tener, es “totalmente falso”.

“Esto es totalmente falso, ya que hemos solicitado a la autoridad que nos informe al respecto y debido a esto nos han indicado que no existe amparo alguno para que dicha plataforma opere en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún u otros estados del país”, aseguró.

El entrevistado afirmó que, hasta el momento, ningún juez del ámbito federal ha emitido alguna notificación acerca del “proceso de amparo promovido por esta plataforma para que ofrezca sus servicios en la terminal aérea de Cancún”.

“Es verdad que existe un amparo de esta plataforma, pero para las autoridades estatales del gobierno de Quintana Roo, mismo que permite que sus socios presten servicio en zonas municipales y estatales, no así en zona federal”, añadió.

Piden que Uber no confunda sobre su acceso al Aeropuerto de Cancún

El líder transportista hizo un llamado a los operadores de plataformas digitales a abstenerse de “confundir a la población, a socios y usuarios”, al hacer referencia a un supuesto extracto de dicho amparo que circuló en redes sociales.

Did you know MapChick Isla Mujeres app is a perfect planning tool? See a restaurant mentioned on facebook, find it on your app and save it in your favorites! You'll remember the name, and be able to find where it is once on the island! Click the star in the upper right and it's on your list!

The Isla Mujeres app is coming along nicely. Here's a sneak peek of how it works beginning with: • Downloading the database. When you download from the app store all you will have on your phone is the framework. All the information is downloaded from a database the we can update instantly. This way we can add new restaurants and information the moment we find out about it. Everything downloaded is stored on your phone—no cell data roaming fees! The only things that may require cell data (or Wifi) are external links like web sites, restaurant menus, facebook, and the currency converter. • At about 13 seconds, you'll see the home screen with categories. In this sample, we click on the map icon at the top of the screen and open the main map. No makers show when you initially open the map (because there are a nearly 800 markers showing hotels, businesses, and attractions). Click on a category, then a subcategory (or ALL) to bring up markers. You can also choose multiple categories, "nearby," or type in a name. Note: the categories buttons scroll horizontally. Hit the reset button to clear your selected markers. • The map zooms using the plus/minus buttons. Swipe to scroll. Press and hold on a marker to see the business name; click on it to open a link to the detail screens. • Detail screens contain detailed information about a business or attraction. the main photo is a slideshow when more than one image is available. If a website, facebook, phone are available you will see icon links (not shown in the Chefcito example). Click on the "View menu" link to see that restaurants menu. Click on read more to view more text. Clock on the map to view the business in the main map. A currency converter can be found at the bottom of each detail page. A link is also available at the top of the home screen. • Update app button. Mapchick Apps & Travel Guides

Back in November 2019, Perry, Laura and our technical team started on this crazy new project turning our printed maps into apps that you can carry around on your vacation, plan where to stay, eat and play. One of my favorite features of the app is that we can update it in seconds! As soon as we learn of a new business, a closing, a name change, etc. we can go into our database and make the change! All you have to do is click on a button at the top of your screen that says “update app” and the current information will be downloaded to your app, just like that! (you will need to be on wifi to get the updates) Another awesome feature is the map of course! We are NOT using google maps, Perry designed a custom digital map just like our printed maps, and here’s the kicker...you do not need data to use it! 😮 Check out our website for more great details!

This has been a long , hard process learning all these new tricks and thank goodness our tech team has been so patient with us, thank you Braden!
