Red Clay or Kokkinopilos is a unique geological, natural and archaeological phenomenon in the Balkan peninsula.

Clay, nature and time took care of a "small miracle" in the "heart" of the Preveza Regional Unit. It is a complex of hills within the administrative limits of the Municipality of Ziros, which creates an almost lunar and otherworldly image to anyone who is lucky enough to step on these soils and go hiking.

Researchers believe that the phenomenon reaches back to the prehistoric period. The visitor "gets lost" between hills and ravines of red color. A "red earth", " terra rossa", as Spanish travelers called it. A... land where Kafka's saying "he who retains the ability to see beauty never grows old" would fit the landscape perfectly.

Perdika

Perdika (perdika = pheasant) is a very small and beautiful place, located between Parga and Sivota. It is about 20km from Parga, and about 7km from Sivota. The nearest beach Arilla is about 2km away, while the more famous Karavostasi is about 5km away.

You can reach Perdika by car, but also by bus from Sivota, which plies three times a day on weekdays, while there are no departures on weekends.

The most famous beaches near Perdika are Mega Trafo, Karavostasi, Arilla, Sofa and Agia Paraskevi.

Perdika is an ideal choice for travelers who love nature and beautiful mountainous areas by the sea. Not much content except a few restaurants and mini markets. Near Perdika you can find Folklore museum and the remains of ancient settlement Elina (Dimokastro).

Springs of Louros

The Lake of Louros Springs is a small natural lake with crystal-clear and glassy blue water that accepts large quantities of water from nearby underground reserves. The water flows from the lake into the Louros River which empties into the Amvracian Gulf. Lake Ziros as its official name is, is also called “Blue Lake” due to the amazing turquoise color of the water. The lake is round in shape with a diameter of 100 meters and its maximum depth is 10 meters. Dozens of tall trees surround its banks but what makes it unique is the extremely rich vegetation at the bottom. Other than water lilies, one can see whole trees that are visible from the surface. Louros Springs is a place not to be missed. It is near the village of Vouliasta in Epirus and only about a 30-minute drive from the city of Ioannina. It is an earthly paradise great for outdoor activities and walking under the old trees. During summer, you can even dive into its blue water to enjoy a refreshing swim. The lake is located after the “Chani of Terovo” on the National Road Ioannina - Arta. So, if you are planning to visit Ioannina do not forget to put this wonderful place with the scenic Blue Lake on your bucket list

The loft apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of the main building which is within the village of Mitika, with unobstructed views to the Ionian blue as far as the island of Lefkas and even the coast of Italy when the atmosphere is clear.
A small, semi-private beach is just outside the garden door and some of Greece's most beautiful beaches, including Monolithi which is a couple of kilometres away.
The space
Apart from the loft and its outdoor areas, one can freely use the ground floor sitting area, the garden and the semi-outdoor barbecue area for cooking, dining and entertainment. A canoe and some fishing equipment are also available on-site.

This spacious apartment is situated on the ground floor of a three-level residence on the coastal area of the village of Mitikas. Able to accommodate 3-4 people, it has a private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. It opens up to the garden and the Ionian blue with views as far as the island of Lefkas and even the coast of Italy.
A small, semi-private beach is just outside the garden door and some of Greece's most beautiful beaches, including Monolithi Beach are only a couple of kilometres away.

The Orange Grove Garden Room.

The studio is situated in an outbuilding bordered by an orange and lemon tree grove. It is entirely independent and across the garden from the main residence with a private entry and an ensuite bathroom. The property itself is located on the coastal area of the village of Mitikas with private access to a small, semi-private beach just outside the garden door. Some of Greece's most beautiful beaches, including Monolithi Beach, are only a couple of kilometres away.

Anassa homes & travel are taking extra measures to prevent the Corona virus infestation.💉🦠🧼🧴

Anassa villas always has a very high standard 🔝in regards to hygiene.
Additional measures have been taken in accordance to the advice by the WHO. In the villas and to all the areas all the surfaces are cleaned more frequently with Hygiene Products for hospitals. This includes door handles, safe box buttons, furniture etc. For your personal hygiene the regular soap has been replaced with disinfectant soap in the restrooms.
