🌊💚 Our commitment to keeping the oceans clean remains unwavering, rain or shine! ☔️😄 This past Friday, despite the downpour, we braved the weather and headed out to clean the harbor of Gili Air as we do every week. 💪🌎 And guess what? We managed to collect a staggering 55 kg of rubbish! 🙌🗑️

We couldn't have achieved this without the incredible dedication and enthusiasm of our amazing volunteers. 🙏❤️ Your unwavering support makes all the difference! 🌟🌟

Missing X-mas?

We have a Christmas Fair/ Clothes Swap from 4 to 8pm on Friday 15th December! 🌲🎅

We will do our normally little gathering with a pop-up market. We would love it to be an event for everyone. So, if you’d like to get involved or contribute, please let us know🙏

So far we have:

✨ Shop for a new Christmas outfit or last minute gift at the pop-up market/clothes swap - bring clothes to swap in exchange for shopping tokens or buy tokens for 20.000 IDR each. Proceeds go to a local charity.

✨ Food and drink 🍷 gluhwein, 🍋 lemonade stand, 😋 bitterballen & 🍻 beers…of course!

The rainy season is just around the corner and we’re gearing up to protect our precious ocean here at Oceans 5 Gili Air. As more rain pours down on Lombok, we know that the rivers will overflow with rubbish, which ultimately finds its way onto our beautiful beaches.

But fret not, because we’re taking action! Every day from 08:00 to 09:00 in the morning, our dedicated team will be hard at work cleaning up our beach to prevent any harm to the marine life and preserve the breathtaking beauty of our island.

And guess what? We can’t do it alone! That’s why we’re inviting you to become an Eco Warrior and join us in our mission. Every Friday at 17:00, we host a weekly beach clean-up, where we come together as a community to make a difference.
