🎉😃The "E" family is going to Disney World! This summer 2025, they'll be spending 7 nights at Disney's All Star Sports Resort. They'll also be enjoying some great restaurants and character dining throughout the properties and parks, as they have the Disney Dining Package added onto their stay! I returned home about 2 weeks ago from my most recent Disney World trip, but I took so many video clips and pictures that it took me a while to decide how to post everything. So, first thing's first - the resort!

We flew in on a Friday morning, and the baggage check line was incredibly backed up at our airport. We allotted more than enough time for security, but the baggage check line alone took almost 90 minutes! Luckily we made our flight, hopped in an Uber from the Orlando Airport, and arrived at our resort about 3 hours prior to check in. We decided to have lunch there and do some swimming while waiting for our room, but quickly received a message through the app that our room was ready early and we could head over! We stayed at Art of Animation in the Little Mermaid section for this quick trip. The rooms were so intricately decorated and we loved the design and large statues in our area! We also had a great view of the Skyliner from our room and there is a second pool right in the center of the Little Mermaid buildings, so we felt like we almost had our own private pool area, not having to walk to the more crowded and larger main pool near the lobby. As much as I liked the room itself, the location of the Little Mermaid rooms are a located near the back of the resort, so as long as you don’t mind a longer walk from the bus stop and lobby, they’re a great value.

Are you heading to Disney and dealing with food allergies? Trying to eat gluten-free away from home has always come with its challenges, but this is the one place I truly feel like I can indulge just as much as everyone else!! If you stay on property, you can talk directly with an allergy chef who will modify just about anything from the menu to meet your dietary needs! Your food is prepared in a separate area of the kitchen by the allergy chef themself and is flagged to prevent cross contamination. In the parks, there are SO many options as well! These are only some of my gluten and nut free options from my most recent trip. There’s way more that didn’t get the photo opp this time, but these churros are my absolute favorite, and I usually have to order extra because my kids will eat the whole box! And gluten/nut free beignets!? 😋

We got our Lightning Lane Multi Passes and Single Passes for our upcoming trip!

Guardians is a non-negotiable top priority for my whole family, so we'll be doing the Single Pass and Virtual Queue if we can snag it. 🥳.

To book our Lightning Lanes, I logged in right at 7am on the dot and was surprised to see that there were no early morning times available, but since we’re park hopping, we’ll be rope dropping a few rides at Animal Kingdom first, stopping at Epcot just for Guardians and a quick lunch, and then taking the Skyliner to Hollywood Studios to start using our Multi Passes and finish out the evening. I have checked the available times since booking and did have the opportunity to modify to some earlier times, but the afternoon actually works best for our plans.

Overall, the process was extremely easy, and I’m excited to test out the new system in person so that I can share all of the details with those who have trips coming up!

🎉The "M&S" Family is GOING TO DISNEY WORLD! They'll be spending 5 nights and 6 days this November in a Preferred room at Disney's All-Star Sports resort. Just a quick tip for anyone flying Southwest. Keep checking the prices even after booking! I always keep a tab open on my web browser with my currently booked flight listed. I refresh it daily to check on the pricing because with Southwest, you can always switch to the lower price. Since booking our flights about 2 months ago, the price has gone from $271 down to $160. And I've been able to apply those savings back to our Southwest account, saving almost $500 for my family's travel!

🔥If you're heading to Disney this summer, you'll definitely need a plan to seek a break from that Florida HEAT! 🥵 When you need a break at Magic Kingdom and just need some AC and a comfy seat to rest in for a few minutes, head over to Mickey's Philhar Magic for a 12-minute 3D fantasy movie adventure or surround yourself with the nostalgia (and cool AC) at the Carousel of Progress.

Disclaimer - my husband has dozed off in the Carousel of Progess 😴 but a midday nap at Magic Kingdom isn't necessarily a bad thing! 😂

If you've ever sailed on a Disney Cruise before, then you've been lucky enough to try these amazing churro waffles! 🤌 (Seriously, delicious!!! And also can be made gluten free upon request!!) ‼️BUT DID YOU KNOW that there’s also just one spot in Disney World that you can also find them? Crystal Palace, a dining location inside of Magic Kingdom, often has these beauties on their breakfast buffet. 😯 Go get some!!!

🎄The “L Family” is going to be feeling all the holiday magic this November at Disney! They’ve just topped off their vacation by adding tickets to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. While in attendance for this special event, they will experience an exclusive holiday themed paradev and stage show, parade floats that smell of gingerbread and peppermint to bring in the season, special holiday overlay on many attractions, free cookies and hot chocolate stations throughout the park, and a glimpse of snow falling on main street in front of the castle!
