ENG - An afternoon stroll through the charming historic center of Saluzzo with its incredible medieval imprint.
It was the capital of the former marquisate of Saluzzo, which dominated southwestern Piedmont from 1470 to 1547, so much so that it carved out a prestigious place for itself among the great European kingdoms of the time.

ITA - Le acciughe 🐟🐟🐟 sott’olio (prima bisogna pulirle bene e lavarle in vino bianco ! 😅😅😅) su una bella fetta di pane rustico imburrato.
Una vera delizia!

ENG - Anchovies 🐟🐟🐟 in olive oil (which first need to be cleaned and soaked in white wine before you can savour them! 😅😅😅) on a nice slice of rustic bread topped with creamy butter.
A true delicacy!

Bello!!! 🎼🎼🎼
