Reason number 1 to use a travel agent.... HOLD TIMES. I just spent 2 hours on hold to ask a question that took all of 5 minutes for the supplier to answer... but guess who didn't sit on a 2 hour hold... my client. She doesn't even know there was a hold time.

Friends and Family,
