Meet Captain Jack. He took us on a pirate ship deep into the ocean to swim with sting rays and sharks! A tad scared? As Jordan Rodgers discovered yesterday, there are some pretty serious golf courses in ! It was all fun & games with our caddie, Hugo, until he told me about a hole called the “Devil’s Elbow” 😳, and to hit it “Straight over the water” 😨
The course was UNREAL! Hugo's attention and service was the best and really showed us what the Punta Cana Promise meant. Oh, and JoJo is better at golf than me...So there’s that 😑

Remember when I was the guest of last week showing you, the truth, about Punta Cana and it’s extraordinary offerings? Well, I about flipped out when I saw who is traveling with them this week, but none other than ! Does this mean I’ve made it?!? So happy that someone with a louder voice than mine can help show off and the wonderful destination that they are.
Also, my is my favorite bag, it’s a camera bag, but I can keep my wallet in there too, while we travel.

Yesterday, we went out on a really exciting excursion; we ventured out on a pirate ship which had a live pirate show and took us out to sea where we snorkeled with fish and then later we went swimming with stingrays and sharks. The kids thought it was absolutely incredible to meet real pirates, we are in the Caribbean, after all. We knew it was important to book our excursion right through our hotels concierge because people outside of the resorts can try and sell you packages but they aren’t always insured or certified. It was really nice to sit down with our excursion director and talk about all of the available options and which would be the perfect fit for our family. Going through our resort, which is a part of the consortium, we knew they had vetted the best excursions in Punta Cana and so we felt zero trepidation about going out on our seafaring adventure. We love seeing the in action! Happy to host The Wanderingdarlings this week.

Friends, we have been in Punta Cana the last couple of days and I can’t even get over how wonderful it is being here. We are really honored to be here as partners with and to share a little of what visiting Punta Cana looks like. Our resort is insanely beautiful (tell me how to freeze time, anyone?) and across the board, when you book a stay with any resort, they promise that all of their properties exceed tourism and hospitality guidelines. We are already certain we will be back someday; we’ve met the kindest staff people, every need is met with insane detail, the food is outrageously good and best of all, the beaches feel safe and fellow travelers have gone out of their way to say hi and be friendly. The culture here is so fun (hello, Good Music) and we have had zero language barriers, as most of the staff is fluent in English and they even humor the kids by having tiny convos in Spanish with tiny Spanish speakers.
