Just to let parents of the children we take to leavening to catch the Norton college feeder bus it never turned up this morning and noone has been able to contact them so we have returned the children home so if you do decide to take the children please be aware that you will need to take them home this afternoon please if you know anyone who isn't on Facebook let them know many tha ks

Please do be aware that when the weather is bad and the roads are extremely icy we may notify you that we need to collect you early or not at all please can any parents who are out of town or not on main roads ring in or put a comment on here to give us updates on your roads or let us tell you where we can and cant get to ,this is because we always put our passenger and driver safety first. We thank you for your understanding

We are having difficulties getting to some of the more remote spots this morning and don't have contact details for some parents so if you're at brown Moor Farm near Acklam we can't get up the hill 2 cars are stuck on it

We seem to have a bit of an outbreak of illness covid and sickness bugs , please if your child is unwell don't send them into school as this infects transport staff , teachers and other children and has huge knock on effects so please keep them at home if unwell

We are aware most schools will close Friday 21st July but it has come to our attention that a few will still be open on Monday 24th and Tuesday 25th July so please can you post on here your school term end date
