I recently inquired into solar from a friend that did this in the OH area to find out that WV could not benefit from this..

If you live in OH and have AEP, you should definitely look further into this. There is a new program out there where you can go solar for $0 down, no loan, no debt, and then from there save $60-100 on your electric bill each month
