We are planning a Mindful Early morning Seafari:
Sandbank trip with yoga, meditation, snorkelling and a healthy breakfast.
Departure from Africa house at 6.30 AM back around 11 AM, price is 55.000 per person incl. healthy breakfast, juice, tea/coffee, snorkelling gear. We will spend about 2 hours on the sandbank first (time for yoga with Rose, swimming, meditating etc. and breakfast on the sandbank) and 45 minutes snorkelling (during low tide), we will sail if the weather allows it. Bring your own yoga mat
