Finished up the panhandle trip with a stop at Cacapon State Park. Got to go on a trail ride, play at the beach area, tie dye shirts at the nature center and felt like we were on top of the world at their mountain overlook

Spent a day at Berkeley Springs State Park and splashed in the natural springs outside at 74 degrees then popped inside the old Roman bathhouse for a 100 degree mineral soak! Also made sure to fill up some jugs of spring water.

Stayed on the Great Cacapon River. Lots of fishing, floating and exploring! Also swung by Prospect Peak.

This week we headed over to the eastern panhandle to visit the state/national parks over here.

First stop Harpers Ferry! What. A. View!! 🤩

Summit Bechtel Reserve is worth a trip when they open it up! This place is massive and so much to do. This weekend was the National Hunting and Fishing Days as well as the Mountaineer GNCC race 🎣🏁🏔
