Here are pictures of the somewhat finished product. We aren’t ready for professional pics yet. We have landscaping and furnishing left. But we had a sweet friend in need of housing due to busted pipes and flooding. So we will be booked for the next 3-4 months! When they move out we will furnish, landscape, photograph and have this cute place ready for your vacation needs!

-large building removal
-AC shed removal
-large broken dock removal
-light pole removal
-water and electric lines removed
-boathouse and fishing shed removal
-sidewalk cement removal
-Old sea wall removal
-new and higher sea wall installation
-old window out and new sliding glass door in
*cleanup ongoing and grass to come.

Once every 3 years the powers that be drop the river/lake levels so that seawall and dock work can be done. We were lucky and it happened to be this year. The water is way down and our brand new state of the art seawall is now up!!! Another day or two of work on the backfill and back yard and this part of the project will be complete!

It’s always hard when things have to get worse before they can get better! The bottom picture is partially of the old seawall. It doesn’t do it justice to how terrible of shape it was in. The top picture is today. The entire wall has been torn out and a new one is going in. This should last for many, many years to come! We have put so much work into this place to bring it back to life and we aren’t finished yet!

I just want to show off the character in this new guest bedroom! We bought the house as a one bedroom with a large sunroom and converted to a two bedroom with no sunroom, but it still has a fully enclosed patio. This room will feature two queen beds and it’s such a fun space! We are excited to start furnishing and decorating!

-Sliding glass door install
-one more large window install
-cabinet install
-LOTS of painting
-kitchen backsplash install
-appliances
-plumbing finishes including free standing tub install
-new lighting, registers, and outlets
-custom glass door for master shower

Then more exterior work!
