SUBJECT : IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPRESSED WORK WEEK
DATE :June 25, 2024

Relative to the effective implementation of the Republic Act No. 11285 or the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act and as part of the agreement during the 2nd Management Committee Meeting last June 11, 2024, please be informed that the Local Government Unit of Calintaan will adopt the Compressed Work Week Scheme which will commence on July 1, Monday.
This means that the work in all LGU offices will start at 7:00 AM and ends at 6:00 PM. Meanwhile, all offices and transactions will not be available every Friday. However, MDRRMO, MHO and MSWDO will remain accessible and operational for the public and shall establish skeleton workforce.
All overtime services rendered shall be charged to compensatory time off or overtime pay in accordance with usual accounting rules and regulations. For widest dissemination.

❝𝐋𝐞𝐭 𝐮𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐞, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐮-𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐝.❞ Tau-Buid community is situated in various Barangays namely Poypoy, Malpalon, Concepcion and Tanyag. They are a subgroup of the general Mangyan culture, living in settlements of five to twelve single-family houses situated on slopes near mountain streams, and named after the oldest resident. The Tau-buid doesn't employ the Indic scripts (Surat Mangyan) used by the Buhid and Hanunoo. Apart from their rich culture, they are skilled in hunting, farming, making wines, and hand-woven products like (nito plates, duyan, pipe, jewelries made from beads) and may more. Thank you Tamisan Elementary School headed by Mam Irine De Guzman for accommodating and helping us be closer with the Tau-Buid Community. #tourismcalintaan #abantebagongcalintaan
