What to do when it's rainy and gross in June? Thanksgiving dinner, of course. Dry brined rosemary chipotle turkey and blue cheese smashed potatoes. Yum!

This not-too-sweet gelato is drizzled with limoncello, a lemon liqueur from Italy. Round out the dessert with purchased cookies.

The fried chicken at Irving Street Kitchen is amazing. Highly recommended if you're in the Portland area. If you have space for the butterscotch pudding, please let us know how it is.
