BREAKING: Cebu Pacific will launch direct flights from Iloilo to Hong Kong and Iloilo to Singapore and vice versa after a four-year halt due to the pandemic.

Michelle Eve de Guzman, Cebu Pacific’s Marketing Director, said the daily Iloilo-Hong Kong flights will be launched starting October 27, 2024.

Gradual Restoration of Services
As of July 20, 2024; 9:00 AM

Cebu Pacific would like to inform its passengers that our technical teams continue to make positive progress in restoring the full functionality of our systems following the global service outage that is affecting airlines and businesses.

Automated check-in, booking, and other systems have been restored but flight operations will take some time to normalize due to yesterday’s outage.

The safety and comfort of our passengers remains our top priority, and we are doing everything possible to resolve any issues promptly.

We advise our passengers to continue monitoring the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status.

To reduce congestion, passengers of cancelled flights are also advised not to proceed to the airport.

Affected passengers of cancellations have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:

1. Free Rebooking

Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund

Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund

Full refund of your ticket.

Cebu Pacific is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and travel fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights scheduled up to July 21, 2024. They may avail themselves of these options through the Manage Booking portal of the CEB website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.

We will provide regular updates as the situation progresses. We appreciate the patience and understanding of our passengers as we work to fully resolve this situation.
